The service
Ramleela is the official collection ledger for the Navyuvak Ramleela Committee. The Android and iOS apps open this same service. Access is limited to collectors and administrators invited by the Committee.
Accounts
You must keep your login details confidential. The Committee may disable an account if it is misused. Disabled collectors can no longer sign in, but past receipts remain in the ledger.
Acceptable use
Use the app only to record genuine contributions and issue receipts for this Committee. Do not attempt to access another collector’s records or interfere with the service.
Receipts
A receipt generated in the app is a record of what the collector entered. The Committee remains responsible for seasonal accounting. Sharing a receipt (email, WhatsApp, or the system share sheet) is an action you choose.
Availability
The apps need an internet connection. We aim to keep the service available during the collection season but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
