Who we are
This policy applies to the Ramleela collection ledger website and the official Ramleela Android and iOS apps operated by the Navyuvak Ramleela Committee (“the Committee”).
What we collect
Collectors and administrators sign in with an email address and password created by the Committee. When a contribution is recorded, we may store:
- Donor name, phone number, and email address (if provided)
- Contribution amount, payment mode, and receipt details
- The collector account that recorded the entry
The mobile apps load this service in a native shell. They do not add advertising or analytics SDKs. Session cookies are used so you stay signed in.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the collection ledger: issuing receipts, tracking balances, notifying the Committee, and letting collectors share a receipt by email, WhatsApp, or the device share sheet when they choose to.
Sharing
We do not sell this data. A receipt may be sent to the donor or Committee mailbox when a collector or admin triggers that action. Hosting and email providers process data only to deliver this service.
Retention
Records are kept for the Committee’s seasonal accounting. Collector access can be disabled without deleting historical receipts.
Your choices
Donors can ask the Committee to correct or remove their contact details from a receipt record. Collectors should contact an administrator if they need a password reset or account change.
Contact
Questions about this policy: contact a Committee administrator through the login you were given, or write to the Committee using the contact details published for the current Ramleela season.
